have been seeking information on how to convert
your fox bodies over to small block chevy power. For those of you who think this is
wrong or unholy, please leave now. We aren't here
to argue the wether or not it's practical or
desireable. We are simply showing our project and
doing our best to show you how we did it.
Lately I've been finding the
information that is posted online is very
misleading. Mounts for this project are very
simple to build if you have basic welding skills.
Some of the posts are talking about how tough it
was to fit a big block into a 71... amazing, the
71 is nothing like a fox body, and a big block is
a tight fit into almost everything.
You want to do the conversion, but
you don't wnat to spend thousands to get the
conversion parts. Great, we were in the same
boat. Basic creativity will go a long way in
saving you serious amounts of cash.
